January Transfer Window Empty January Transfer Window

As the window approaches, who do you see as a possible addition to your team? Where do you need strengthened? Are there any of your players likely to be leaving?
Also, we can use this thread to discuss the transfer rumours that are starting to build ahead of January.

Lambert is going to be given money to bring in 2 or 3 more players
so that doesnt rule out turning those on loan permanant, so Iam fully expecting to see Naughton turned into a perm.
Strengthening, Prehaps an Experienced keeper as back up to Ruddy, Another Centre back is a must since it seems Ward is going to need another Operation. Prehaps another Combative Midfielder like Crofts. Prehaps from some of the teams near bottom of the league but more likely to be from Championship and L1 which seems to work for us.
Leaving, Oli Johnson has no future here, Lappin on Loan to a champ team, Prehaps C Martin Leaving perm (which would mean another striker coming in)

Out - Heskey, reckon Ireland might go on loan, hope he doesnt though.

Dont think we'll get anyone in, probably only need one (maybe midfield).

Just hope McLeish starts playing the right players.

I'm not sure we're in a dire need of anybody in January, wouldn't want an extra striker but don't think there are any available for a reasonable price that I'd want. A right winger would be nice, but I think we can leave that until the summer.

Again, I don't think anybody needs to leave in January. We did our rebuilding in the summer, so hopefully we'll be all good until next summer.

Modibo Maiga coming in is something that is supposedly 99% considering all the talk. Apart from him coming in, I'd say we could do with another fullback, centre back and some kind of cover for Tiote when he leaves for ACON.

A left-back is a must, would like a right winger and an attacking midfielder/striker.

Get rid of the dead-wood and that would be good.
