If he is healthy and fit, and others cooperate (as MC says), perhaps.

His thrashing of Federer and Ferrer in the Abu Dhubai exhibition shows he is over the injury that hampered his US Open and post US Open performances.
As long as he focuses on the slams and doesn't expend too much energy on the "lesser" tournaments then he probably has the best chance of getting the calendar slam in the modern era of mens single tennis to date.
ps It might be worth putting a small wager on it if the odds were good and you were a betting person.

I am in the 'no' camp.
Given that Federer has defeated Nadal twice on Clay, albeit not in the same calendar year, As anyone would say "Beating Nadal at RG is an all different proposition all together" I don't think Djokovic could beat Nadal at RG.
