ITF News - Good or Bad? Empty ITF News - Good or Bad?

The ITF have passed a new rule which is now outlawing the use of 'normal' yellow tennis balls in competitions U10's. Lighter racquets and balls are to be used instead.

Is this seen as a positive move? I think it will stiffle development and further rush development from 10 and beyond.
