With over 70 40 participants expected for Season 4 I will need all the room available on the thread for everybody's predictions.

Think a few people haven't come back after the holidays to be honest. Seems a tad quiet on here still.

I am bored with it, I only entered again out of loyalty to my old buddy Union.

I think that's a little unfair, Tino. I for one can't wait to see me plummet like Wimbeldon, showing that fluking will only get you so far. I reckon this tournament has legs in it yet

You just want the glory of being a defending champion for a season. You should have had an open top bus ride round Weaverham I would have been there with 'Go bhb001' banner.

Tina is just bitter because he got relegated, he is trying to act all blase and disinterested but it is eating him up inside, is all a little tragic really.

To be fair there is another week an' 'arf till it kicks off, so we'll see where we are then.

However, if apathy prevails I shall consign the UCPL to the bin of history.

They will be back, union gets needy when kick of gets close, should never under estimate the power of pity.

It appears the prediction league is coming to life after all.

i wouldnt worry about numbers union, i tried getting a prediction league started for mma and got the whole of two people playing!!

It's picking up a bit now, nearly 20 in the Championship and still a week to go, my only worry is what will happen if there are 10 'no shows' in the Premiership.

I'll cross that bridge when I come to it though, and make up some rules as necessary.

It was the Christmas break that did it. He should have carried it on, using time on his own festive break for the betterment of the UCPL, something he selfishly declined to do, in favour of seeing family, shopping and enjoying himself.

For shame.

Season 3 was incredibly popular too. I am sure the lull is just due to the Christmas break. I have definitely enjoyed taking part regardless. Learned a lot about some boxers previously unknown to me, and learned that fight prediction is far from clear cut.

Thanks for the results , Union. I see I have dropped to mediocracy as expected, but Adam D, after mercilessly rubbing in his win in the Championship has sunk like Accrington Stanley!

Congratulations Tina, a very impressive start, obviously has to be mitigated by the fact that were it not for the lack of participants you would be in the championship rather than with the big boys but an impressive start all the same.
