Help Rugby pubs in Leeds

Hi All

My three lads will be in Leeds at the weekend and would like to watch the HEC games on Saturday.

Can anyone recommend a good (any) pub in Leeds which will be showing the rugby rather than any other sport?

Unless it's Rugby League I doubt they will be showing it!

Obviously I can't help with a pub but will they have a laptop or something with them?

I suspect they will have access to one ...

Is the walkabout still there? or maybe it's a springbok? I remember watching Munster v Sale in there in 2006......

As rodders said, the league season is in hibernation. Yorkshire is still a big centre for union though. Possibly the Midland Hotel and there's a sports bar called Shooters I think.

For decent ale afterwards try The Victoria Family & Commercial Rooms (yup, it's pub, and not too far from the station).
