Sexton to face Price.

Sam Sexton will face David Price for the British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles.

Is this going to be the first time we see Price stretched or will he get rid of Sexton quickly?

Lets hope Price gets tested. Sick of seeing him dispose of people so easily

Agreed. Price is still inexperienced and this is not a given fight by any means. Yes he should win, but he will have to work at it.

Sexton's not a bad boxer but he's chinny. Price will have him out of there inside 6 I reckon.

It's another step-up for Price and if Maloney is looking for him to fight as regularly as he claimed in the Q&A, then Sexton is a good starting point.

Would hope to see him up against either Fury or Chisora (if there's anything left of him after he faces Vitali) in the next couple of fights or so.

Best of what's available really seeing as Fury won't fight him, only Rogan and Chirosa left on the domestic scene. I expect him to dispactch of Sexton handily and early, then Chisora must be next, If Tyson is still in hiding Helenus for European honours has to be his target.

Hopefully Maloney sticks with his plans and moves him consistantly onwards and upwards. And hopefully Price's chin doesn't let him down in the meantime.

not a great fight, tailor made for price is sexton, and after his performance against big john i dont think he will have any problems. sam has been out of the game for too long, and doesnt have the chin to push price past 6 in my opinion. skelton, perez, sprott- or even harrison would be better options.

Price within 4 personally, Sexton can't take good shots on the chin especially someone like Price's also, good fight on paper but I don't actually see Price being really tested personally.

cant remember sexton having that good of a punch either, presuming he can even get in range- so price wont get his chin tested either, the one question mark remaining.
