Thing is, I wouldn't need another striker. Hence Adebayor replacing Lopez.

I would only be able to do that offer as I don't want to lose Gonalons for Ambrosini. I like Ambrosini, but I don't think he'll play much next season.

Adebayor and Ambrosini for Lopez and Gonalons is a fair deal, only issue is whether or not I should weaken my DMs to improve my CFs.

I don't think replacing Lopez with Adebayor is worth losing Gonalons for Ambrosini.

Financially it is, but I don't want to lose Gonalons for a lesser DM in Ambrosini (in terms of value, potential and lack of game time)

So i'm going to have to say no to that one.

But Adebayor for Lopez and £5.8M still stands.

I don't understand why though Soddy. Yeah he is a great player but he is best played as a SS behind someone. And you don't have that "someone". The rest of your guys are wingers. Surely 21m + plus the cash you have, might persuade someone to part with a CF. Huntelaar for example.
