If I let Howedes go now, Hero's head may explode!

ill make a new offer anyway

Too many wingers and De Jong is rated far higher on here than Toulalan it seems.

Plus I effectively stole Krasic in the first place. Call it guilt Very Happy

I think the people who watch Toulalan when he was at Lyon and at Malaga will tell a diffrent story, De Jong is so limited in what he can do a bit like VDV but not as good. Toulalan has won 5 MOTM awards this season for Malaga.

I think I'll leave the negotiations thanks for replying.

Well the people on here have voted 8-1 in favour of De Jong in our poll for best DM's, so I'm comfortable with replacing Toulalan with him.

If you wanted Toulalan so badly you could have made an offer...

Based on their transfermarkt values;

Debuchy £8M, De Jong £15M + £2M = £25M
for
Krasic £14M, Toulalan £13M, De Silvestri £4M = £31M

But De Jong being rated higher than Toulalan swung it I guess. And Sodhat wanted Debuchy so the £6M he lost out on doesn't seem so bad.

Awful deal for me just because I wanted Contento don't mean I will lose my good players. I f I had half a decent LB I woouldn't have gone for him.

Nolito is also for sale if you want someone who can play both wings.

Well Nolan gives you much more steel in midfield than Lamps does.

A midfield three of Nolam, De Jong and Lamps would work (look at my tactics for this week, I player 4-3-3 using this)

You team is very much like mine...Cardoza = Adebayor, Remy/Marin = Sturrdige/Gabby.

Think about this way (obviously you would not set them up like this):

Dejong
---------Barry
----------------Lamps

The how about a TP for:

Mark Noble

Or

Clément Chantôme

Or

Mathieu Bodmer

I don't think anyone have these three. For what you were asking for, I would go for Bodmer myself. Hope that helps OK

I know Afro hugely rated Torosidis, but I'm just not that keen on a player that still plays in the Greek league.

Players potentially available at the Hobbiton Valley Stadium are...

Alex
Garay
Lucas Leiva
Nene
Ronaldinho
Lennon
Vargas
Coates
Maxwell
Abate

He can play adeptly in DM/CM/LB too, so he is pretty handy. I'm looking for an out and out CM really, so what about Torosidis + £6m for Lucas?

Alternatively, you're a little light up front - what about Di Natale?

(All offers based on TM sums...)

I appreciate he's decent but I'd be concerned that a few people wouldn't have a clue who he is.

How about ...

Abate + Lucas + Garay + Lennon
for
Torosidis + Toure + Kroos?

Undeniably good offer, but I'm not comfortable chucking Kroos in there as he was a) a star player, and b) by far my best AM.

I'd go along with Toro/Toure for Lucas/Abate (or other combo)

Prob I have with that is I end up with 5 CBs which is why I chucked in the other two to try and snare Kroos.
I could swap Lennon for Nene if you wish? 18 goals & 15 assists this season so a guy in form.

3 game loan and no call backs.

Contento hardly plays for Bayern and with the fullbacks they have won't get many games. Gonzalez is much more vital then Contento is.

Please don't confuse me for someone who is desperate for Contento and will do anything for him. I've got a couple of mill to buy someone not to fussed.
