Lefties
Some light reading - a small article on left-handers that was headlined on the ATP site today

Re: Lefties
It's a nice article. I like Moya's certainty that Laver is the best lefty but with the caveat that Nadal's not done yet.
It helps explain why Fed gets so many bp's against Nadal and why Nadal is able to save so many of them. Uncle Toni's decision to make Rafa go lefty has really paid off.
If you look at the comparison of records vs. Left-handers, Fed's is totally skewed by Rafa's hex over him.

Re: Lefties
Haven't been able to open the link from the OP, so flying blind a bit here. No doubt that even the best returners have trouble when the lefties produce that swinging swerve from their left court to the right hander's backhand.
Borg had to face that type of serve from three of his biggest rivals - Mac, Connors and Tanner, who led two sets to one in a Wimbledon final against Bjorn in 1979.
Fed, obviously, has had probs with Nadal and mentioned yesterday the difficulty of coping with Lopez's serve with a single BH.
It's possible that someone like, say, Llodra, has won more matches purely by being a leftie than if he'd been right-handed. Seems no coincidence that Llodra and Lopez also like to come in a lot behind their serves.
