At last! Hopefully he'll play well for the rest of the season and be included in the touring party to S.A.

He got 12mins off the bench last weekend coming on for a lock. I didn't see the game, but I'm guessing he actually played at blindside and Skirving went to the 2nd row. I'd imagine the same again this week as there isn't a lock on the bench (though hopefully a bit longer).

I likewise hope he makes the SA tour. As an 8 with a hint of openside about him, I think he would be a much more useful addition to the squad than another 6 like Clark.

That was a good win today, maximum points give Bath an outside shot at the back door to the Heino.

Unless Glaws implode it looks like a two-horse race for 6th place between Bath and The Chiefs, Bath have a real tough run in playing 3 of the top four in the last 5 games, the key to the entire season is probably the Saints (H) game, if Bath win that they can target Sale (A) and Pests (H) and probably avoid the need to get a win at Welford Rd on the final day.

But it's still a tough ask, I think Glaws have 5th place nailed down with 3 home games to come and away games at Pests and Exiles, Sale have three homes games too, Sarries, Bath and Quins all of which will be tough encounters so I think they're out of the mix.

Exiles have 3 home games against Tigers, Sarries and Glaws, their away games are Chiefs and Worcs - I wouldn't be surprised if they only win 1 out of those which wont be enough.

Chiefs have 2 home games against Exiles and Saints and 3 on the road against Glaws, Worcs and Sarries, three wins out of that lot is very doable, so it comes down to the game against Saints for Bath, that has to be a win or it will probably be Amlin time next season.

I was there, was seriosuly concerned at how much ball we turned over in the first 15 and then they scored, but after that it was one way traffic.

Bonus point, great set piece, got all the subs on and rested Louw at the end and Fearns gets more minutes. Not far from the perfect result to be honest

Alternatively, Bath could secure a HEC spot by winning the Anglo-Welsh.

Think the LV is a big proirity, will be huge in helping attract some big players for next year. This saturday is huge, lets hope home advantage and that tigers losing so many to england helps us get the win!

I thought the game was Friday night?

Cockerill has already mentioned he might rest one or two.

That's not a guaranteed HC place though is it? Bath Rugby vs. Worcester Warriors 3187153522
