According to the BBC website team GB athletes have been advised to avoid shaking hands during the games this year to "minimise the risk of illness". Maybe the should also wear face masks and eat nothing for the duration too.

Apart from Andy who may have to snub his opponent a few times won't it just look like sour grapes from the rest of them when they lose?

why not wear gloves?
