5. Joe Calzaghe

6. Carl Froch

Would have to have Howard Eastman in there somewhere at the expense of either Froch or Rhodes.

Good shout Ghosty....he was a bit laing-like......

Thought young Ryan was special.............Surprised he didn't accomplish more...

Colin Mcmillan was another I expected better things from..

Eastman was unfortunate to be around at the sole time in recent years when there was only one world champion at his weight, came up short against Hopkins but acquitted himself very well.

He was badly managed I think..........Had the size for 168....or above..

But you're probably right... he should be a top 10er...

He was fairly badly managed but the fight against Joppy was the most frustrating thing about him, got the sense he was a step above but cruised for too much of the fight, proved when he upped the tempo that Joppy couldn't cope and was there for the taking.

True ghosty..but unfortunately Boxing history is full of guys that didn't seem able to seize the moment...

Better to be an over-achiever like Hatton and Benn..........

Very true, underachievers are the most irritating thing in boxing.

Eastman's problem was not that he was badly managed. He was virtually impossible to manage. He didn't know his value as a contender. Not a very pleasant chap by all accounts.

Colin Mc is a great shout. Had many attributes but for a big punch. Shame his shoulder cost him.

I'll add Errol Christie to that list. Super talented but made Hearns chin Hagleresque.

In terms of physical talent I think Khan deserves a fair shout.

Rhodes and Eubank more talented than Lewis, that's shear nonsense I'm afraid, Eubank couldn't put two punches together, probaly one of the least talented fighters I've seen coming forward. Lewis would be in my top 3 very sound fundamentals to have him at the bottom of your list, I imagine is some sort of tongue in cheek swipe.

You're joking right????

Lewis was outboxed by Bruno......sheer size and a half decent jab and right hand won his fights..

Lighter weight guys generally need to be more talented...

Still he'd be in my top 5 Canadian list Cool

Good local boxing trainer{still trains} told me Christie has called everyone out bar Bomber Graham,I asked him why because he said I was in Sheffield when Graham dropped him 3 times in sparring.
