A 606 member opens a facebook group so that we can all put faces to the names. I think it would be interesting to see who we are debating with. Who dares?

hahahha I was a bit of a Cretin like, I remember sparring with you up barnes school about 100 years ago.

That was such a long time ago it feels like another life. Good days. You still train? I went to Irums gym a few month back, when i was on leave, and I saw Kenny there! It was like stepping back in time, a proper Barnes Boys Club reunion. Brilliant.

hahaha I only do weights and cardio now mate, I think Irums gym is getting done out at the minute I noticed some pictures on facebook I think all the lads the lads mucked in to get the place done out.

...only 9 people willing to put a face to there words, and none of the big players it would seem. Come on, its all in good fun!

I would join, but I don't have any friends in real life and I am not remotely interested in what other people have for dinner, or viewing pictures of their nights out.

Got a few mates around the world trvaelling/working and is a useful tool to keep in touch but for the most part I agree it is 90% rubbish.

I partly agree with you Tina, but it's a good way of getting in touch with people you've lost contact with for whatever reason.

It is invaluable if you suddenly find yourself single and fancy a quick leg over.

Do like Facebook but, having been on it since 2005, I'm starting to grow tired of it now and will probs be off it by the time I turn 30. Hate all the format changes and continual privacy invasions, it's a shell of Zuckerburg's original concept.

God knows why all those idiots invested in its IPO, always avoid tech IPO's should be an investor's mantra, especially when they're fashionable/hyped-based tech stocks. The market laughed off Groupon's absurd self-valuation for its IPO but allowed itself to get burnt by Facebook - value halving in a matter of months.

My girlfriend was giving me a rollocking the other day for never going on it anymore. I reasoned with her that the days of it bing a genuine 'social networking site' have long gone, and it's now just a tool for nosey buggers to stick their ore in to other people's business which doesn't concern them.

I'm probably just mardy because my last status only got one 'like', mind you. And that was from my step dad!

My whole work was looking around to see what I was laughing at, really cracked me up!

As for the Facebook page, I do have a Facebook however I believe I've been on it about 4 times and currently have no pictures of myself on there. I wouldn't be very valuable member so therefore I won't join, also I don't even remember my password to my Facebook.
