Is Khan a 21st century Jack Johnson???

Both have used the race card for financial gain - No way would any white guy headline ppv before reaching title level....Khan was sold to a certain extent on his race pre-title anyway!!!

Both were champions in sensitive times - Johnson pro-slavery and khan post 7/7......

Both have missed chances to promote their race positively by lacking class and using the race card negatively as well as positively..

Both had pathetic excuses on offer when defeated...

Both had great talent that went to a certain extent unfulfilled because of flawed personality!!!

Johnson jumped into the lion's pit covered in gazele juice and reached the top. He traveled the world to get what he saw as his right even though the world was against it. Johnson never bowed to anyone, he was his own man untill the end. Did things his way without 'team Johnson' around him.
