I thought this was a very articulate and well written peace. I have to be honest I have never really seen Delph play. As a lower league fan he never visited Gigg Lane that I can remember, and you would usually see a player on Match of the Day to form an opinion and he has hardly played. I think it could do him so good to go out on loan for a few months, get a consistent run of games and see if his form returns

Pretty simple for me, he has to find first team football. Hes barely played in the most crucial part of a young players development

so has his non starts been justified or was he not nurtured well at the start by o'neill? was he bought too early? or are injuries mostly to blame?
