Umpires Accused of Match fixing!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/cricket/19876782
The International Cricket Council has launched an "urgent investigation" into match-fixing allegations.
India TV has alleged six match officials were willing to fix games ahead of the World Twenty20 Cup in a programme broadcast on Monday.
Cricket's governing body has called on the broadcaster to hand over evidence that could help its investigation.
It added: "None of the umpires named were involved in any of the official games of the ICC World Twenty20."

Re: Umpires Accused of Match fixing!
An interesting story, albeit none of the umpires officiated in full World T20 matches (a couple were in the warm-ups)
The most significant allegations seem to surround Nadir Shah of Bangladesh, an umpire who regularly umpires Bangladesh home ODIs and T20s as a member of the international panel. Also, Nadeem Ghauri, a Pakistani umpire who has umpired internationals in the past.

We have no idea what they did as yet. The only source provided is about as reliable and as accurate as the Daily Mail (which, to clarify matters for those idiots who think that the Mail is in any way factual about anything, is to say not accurate at all), and clearly as politicised as seen by the juxtaposition of the story about Afridi taking call-girls back to his hotel.
The umpires so far have denied any wrong-doing:

Of course there has to be an investigation into the matter, but as of yet nobody has been accused of anything, and it hasn't been shown that anybody's been filmed doing anything either. Thus both the headline and the follow-up post should contain the word "allegedly" or even better "according to a well-known disreputable source".
None of this to say they aren't guilty, but so far no evidence.
