Why is his worth only TM value? That's not gonna effect people offering top midfielders for him (Kamran's offered Yaya, Captain de Rossi).

It wasn't that bad an offer:
I offered you 89.3m worth of talent for your 88m if you look at it via TM. You'd massively increase your defense and I'd get a small gain at right back and a good gain on the left wing.
