If Rivera goes, odd on it will be Bill ' The Chin' Cowher taking over. Good choice if they can get him to sign, as he'll get the best out of Cam and sort out their defense too.

Cam Newton is a brilliant athlete and a self-centered, egotistical, divisive nut job to whom rules and any sense of "team" do not apparently apply.

Very unlikely that any head coach or GM could possibly win consistently with his disruptive presence.
