Not sure - it was fairly low budget and more of a cult hit than a commercial success but was quite highly acclaimed.

The wooden actor was convincing in this film mainly because he played a permanently stoned teen.

The lead actor is famous for playing 3 very famous characters on film but doesnt play any of those characters in this film.
