In this first edition of the boxing podcast, Paul and Adam look back over an exciting weekend of domestic action.

The team looks back over the respective fortunes of David Price and Tyson Fury, as well as taking a look at where they should challenge next.

In Part one of the podcast we take a look at the rivalry that is brewing between David Price and Tyson Fury.

In Part two we interview one of the future greats.

The question we posed listeners this week was do you believe Tyson Fury a bigger star than David Price because of his television deal? If you have any thoughts on this or anything else in the world of boxing contact us at boxing@v2journal.com.

They aren't search engines..................

Great stuff, listened to the interview on my way in to work, he certainly comes across as a very grounded and sensible young man, but he doesn't half sound like you know who at some points!

Thought the same thing while we were interviewing him Union. As you say a comes across as a very grounded individual taking one step at a time.

And who is it that's interviewed? Don't want to 'spoil the suprise', if that's what's intended, but can't listen at work and don't want to waste my time listening to the pikey when I'm at home.

Had the same problem, you can download a free wav player from the google play store thingy.

Excellent stuff chaps,

Good scalp for the interview as well. As others have said sounded & came across as very grounded and more importantly seems willing to put in the work.

Adam you sounded like you had a few problems hiding the chuckle when mentioning Flintoff having a fight! Smile

It's great to see things taking off and very glad that boxing now has it's podcast. I will ensure I help the cause with plenty of tweets etc (when I can actually get onto it since i've been unable to for 3 days).

Also Adam, not sure if you have seen it but I got a Q&A with a boxer known as Suz Member which is on this board. If you feel it would add to the journal then I can post it across to the relevant section...I will also be adding one which I am doing with Kal Yafai within the next 7 days or so.

thanks for the feedback - I am going to try and get other versions of the sound files up for tomorrow morning.

Also glad you liked the guest - it was indeed a coup for us to get quite a high profile name so quickly! Going to have to get some other people lined up for future shows now.
