British Basketball League

Never posted here before but after a quick scan I couldn't see any articles on the BBL; does anyone here watch or follow our home grown teams or is it just the NBA? I used to follow the NBA when I was a teenager, was even in the school basketball team; however as I don't have ESPN I haven't seen any NBA in years and then the other day I caught a game in the BBL on sky sports and didn't even realise we had our own league! Anyway I would imagine its not quite up to the same standard as the NBA in terms of skill or talent, but I think its encouraging that British basketball gets some tv time and wouldn't mind seeing games regularly shown on sky so that I could follow it more closely. Does anyone have any experience of the BBL - seen it on sky or been to any games? What do you make of it? Is it something you would consider supporting?
