What would it be. You can only use 2 players from each team.

Why can you only use 2 players from each team that means you need to cover 6 teams at least. Outside the big 2 their is only really one player deserving of a place and that's the Dundee strangler David Goodwillie.

Cos everyone would just pick Rangers/Celtic players.

But that would be the real team of the year 10 old firm players and Goodwillie.

And where's the fun in that?

Fair point just can't call it team of the year though.

So you wouldn't put in the likes of

Alexey Eremenko; who was second for Player of the Season and none of the Hearts side; who had ran you close for the majority of the season in to a team? Most of the Celtic team have been rot this season and Rangers haven't been much better bar a few. I hate OF bias just because they are 1st and 2nd.

Hearts are 20 odd points off the old firm and were out of it by february hardly a challenge. Who would you suggest/ When voting player/manager of the year unless someone can challenge it's natural the best players will come from the OF it's not bias they are just much better and they are pretty poor so where does that leave the rest?
You say most of the Celtic team have been rot this season but out of our regular starting 11 Forster, Wilson, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Brown, Kayal, Commons, Ledley, Hooper and Stokes have had good seasons Rangers are pretty much the same their regular 11 have had good season as well.
Steve you have the small team mentality we are the best by a long distance only Goodwillie the Dundee strangler would get a regular game for the old firm out of the rest of Scottish football.

Here's my team excluding user's strange rules

GK- McGregor (who would you pick instead of him?)
RB- Whittaker (If anyone else it would be Wilson)
LB- Izzaguirre (no one else anywhere near as good except Papac)
CB- Weir (40 years old still the best in the league)
CB- Bougherra (maybe Diamond instead?)
CM- Davis (not even his best season still better than most.)
CM- Kayal (half a season near enough and still no one close except Davis)
RM- Naismith (much more consistent than Eremenko)
LM- Commons (half a season produced more than any wide man in the league)
ST- Miller (still the top scorer in the league)
ST- Goodwillie (only deserving player of getting in this team)
