Charlie Mulgrew Centre half?

Is Charlie Mulgrew good enough to be a long term centre half at Celtic. I wasn't impressed with his signing in the summer. Thought he was good from set plays but defencively he was poor. But I've been really impressed with the big man. He should only get better the more he plays their and if he keeps improving could be a future captain of the club.

Depends on how many opportunities he gets after the summer. We have Wilson coming in and it wouldn't surprise me if Lennon went after at least one other centre half.

I agree...he has been rather impressive since he moved to that position. Much better than the bombscare he was at left back

I hope he gets the chance to play next season at centre half he has only played there for about half a season. The more experience he gets their the more he will hopefully improve. His long diagonals are very good as well pity most of them go to Brown who miss controls the ball or gives it away.

didnt think he could defend at lb but hes done well since at cb.will be good cover nxt season
