Think alot of people are having their minds 'clouded' by Bale's recent form. In 2012, Bale was pretty average for the majority of the season if I remember. Bale won the PFA award in 2011 and then went off the boil and alot of people were astonished at how he was even considered for the EPL team of the year 2012. This is a 2012 vote, not a couple of months in late 2012 and a January & February of 2013 vote.

Ronaldo is my main vote, although he could occupy any of the attacking positions

If Bale and Ronaldo weren't picked, then football isn't for you and you should stop watching.

I didn't pick Bale for 2012, i watch a lot of football around europe and thought Ribery deserved it far more.

Bale? Bale?! Consistency matters in football, Bale blows hot and cold. If he carries on his form of 2013 for the year then I'll vote for him in the 2013 team. Blooming Spurs syndrome, someone does something half decent for Tottenham and the world goes loopy.
