For what it is worth, I think Carvajal is more than twice the player of van Rijn, so you'd be silly to sell, but if you do let me know. Having said that you had Jung already who is better than both of them.

FYI - the "new manager rule" doesn't apply between you two as you are both new managers and it might be hard work getting deals to be exact values on both sides.

As long as the values are not wildly in one teams favour, the rule is overlooked
