Why no citing for Michalak Empty Why no citing for Michalak

I believe the citing window has now closed, and I can't believe that Freddy seems to have got off scot free. Has his dislocated shoulder more or less rendered a citing panel useless. Regardless of his injury he should be up in front of the beak for his actions.
