Eddie Hearn to make another signing soon.

Was listening to the toe2toe podcast last night and Ed Robinson mentioned rumours of Kevin Mitchell signing for Matchroom, something which Eddie Hearn refused to deny. Also hinted that they are going to start working with Hatton Promotions as well.

Mitchell is finished...............

May not be a world level fighter but can certainly still be a force on the domestic and european stage. Just needs to sort his head which is harder said than done.

Will never particularly shed any tears for someone leaving Frank but think in the case of Mitchell Frank has not done too badly by him. Delivered him a seemingly winnable big fight against Kats at the football ground of the team he supports and a world title shot against Burns, this despite Mitchell having any number of issues outside the ring to contend with.

Always felt Kevin had talent but lacked the focus or discipline to make the best of his gifts, maybe a new start with a new promoter will invigorate him but if it is Kevin that is signing think Frank would have the right to feel a bit hard done by.

Mitchell is a good ticket seller. May never get to world level but he's a solid acquisition to his stable.

Let's just see what state the Burns fight has left him in...

He's had a few tough fights now...........

Mitchell has a decent fanbase so match him against soemone like Rees on an undercard and you have a strong card

Matthews and Crolla would sell well against him as he does get into some good scraps while they last

Kevin Mitchell was never a LW in my opinion. Tiny at the weight and weak chinned. Good set of skills though. Wish he'd stayed at SF.

I want Matthews to disappear.............He is the lower weight Audley..

He done a quicker job on Murray than Rios did. Took Rios longer to get rid.

Mitchell is talented but toxic, would rather Eddie just steered clear.
