since its sunday night and people have work tomorrow which can feel like a punch in the head I thought I would start a regular thread if I remember to keep doing it everyweek called painful sunday where I list some moves or holds and we vote on which would be more painful. so.

my vote is big show slap to the chest since it would be over quickly and not as painful as being hit 9 more times by sheamus who looks just as strong with his hits
