County Championship Week 3

Couldn't see a thread, so i thought i would put one up!

Division One:

Derbyshire vs Nottinghamshire
Durham vs Yorkshire
Surrey vs Sussex
Somerset vs Warwickshire

Division Two

Gloucestershire vs Northamptonshire
Hampshire vs Worcestershire
Lancashire vs Kent

Terrific grit from Warwickshire, it made for an excellent spectacle live on Sky, as well.

It's a shame the match was marred by poor umpiring (top of my head I think Warks copped five stinkers and Somerset copped three), which is unacceptable for this level.

Still, Warks first innings was a shocker and they're fortunate to get away with that. That 'Mariana Trench' served them well, Corporal, with excellent lower order contributions. Bell and Trott back next week, but Clarke and Troughton likely ruled out. Suffering a bit with injuries, are Warks. Westwood, Troughton, Clarke, Barker. They are four fairly big players, and our bowling in particular will miss Clarke.
