TNA press conference today

As you get older, things start to become alien to you.

My father wouldnt know how to use a mobile phone for example. Well today, I have moved in to the senile department.

Today is my 40th birthday and my wonderful wife bought me a new iPhone. And I duly took this along to meet with Eddie Hearn earlier, recording a fascinating interview with him. All was good until I got home to upload the file to my computer.

This being the first time I have used the iPhone, I accepted it kind offer to restore the music I had on iTunes from an older phone.

And by restore, I mean completely wipe everything that was on it before.

So all of my footage from the TNA press conference where I met Dixie is gone forever

Anyway, what was said:

The Glasgow taping in January will be recorded live and aired in the US a few hours later - the first for a TNA show abroad.

The show will be the first ever wrestling show from the Glasgow Hydro.

I asked her if bootcamp would return - the answer was "yes"

My other question was about whether we are ever likely to see her onscreen persona change to "miss Dixie" in the same way that Vince became Mr McMahon. The crowd loved this question but she kind of skipped over it (so a heel turn is bound to be on the cards!)

The most interesting answer though was about which star would she like to see come back. With all of her answers, she had to think about an answer. With this one, she replied without any pause and quite forthright - Christian Cage.

So I reckon Christian will be back very soon indeed.

The only other reveal was that they might start to tape Explosion from the Impact Zone as a bigger secondary show - good idea imo.

So sorry that there is no footage (I am so gutted) but that was the gist of it all.

It is - they got my belly out of proportion to the real thing

My prediction is that Christian Cage will return and save TNA from the ACes and 8s, leading to a proper TLC match
