Push - Cody Rhodes

Turn (Face>Heel/Heel>Face) - The Miz, the turn simply didn't work.

Fire - John Cena (I don't mind Cena at all, I'd like to see though how WWE would have to change their entire focus)

Push - Ziggler properly

Turn - Sandow into a comedy face. Gold in them untapped hills, I tells ya

Fire - Ambrose. Just so that one of our founders tops himself giving me more control. Mwhahahaha

Push - Kofi, for me one of the most athletically gifted guys on the roster, has ha the misfortune of being stuck in a very underused mid card an I would live to see him make that step up

Heel turn - Sheamus. The character has nothing about it. He was far better going round beating people up just because he could, now he's Cena v2.0. He'll take a beating but ten the same couple of moves culminating in a brogue kick and he wins. Oh and the word fella is annoying

Face turn - Punk. His heel is class, but the face character he played produced some of the best promos of recent years

Fired - hornswoggle, tonnes of funk, santino, Zach Ryder, khali

Push - Ziggler keep him strong not having DQ finishes or cheap wins.

Turn Face>Heel - Daniel Bryan or Orton

pretty much spot on, however, I would keep Sting or Hogan as GM figures.

TNA version

Turn Face- Matt Morgan- not exactly sure what role he is at the moment, same for AJ styles

Turn Heel- Magnus - just think he works better as a heel when i have seen him.

Fire - First Chavo, then Hulk and Brooke Hogan and Sting before D'Lo, Wes Briscoe, Garrett Bischoff, Devon, Mr Anderson, DOC and Knux.

I'd be open to keeping Sting on as a figure head, but I think Hogan has to go, the man hasn't wrestled in nearly 2 years now and he's still TNA's most pushed act.

Obviously in fantasy land he could probably be put to some productive use, but realistically, get rid before it's too late.

TNA

I actually think Hogan is a better talker and character than Sting so if one was to stay as a background general then I'd choose Hogan

I actually really rate him and out of all the reveals, I think he is the best worker and the best fit for A&8

Push - Promote Ohno and push the Kings of Wrestling

Turn (Face>Heel/Heel>Face) - Santino, prefer him as a comedy heel

Fire - Drew McIntyre, remember when he was the chosen! I reckon he could be a big star in TNA

Push: Damien Sandow for me he has huge potential, great on the mic, in the ring, and can get people to take interest in him. With Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, would repackage Zack Ryder, Cesaro, push Daniel Bryan to world title, and Seth Rollins, with Dean Ambrose, Mr.Perfect Jr as well.

Turn: Sheamus Heel, Orton Heel, Alberto Del Rio Heel, Ryback Face, Miz Heel.

Fire: Khali, Camacho, Brodus Clay, and Tensai.

Would bring back the bloody brand separation as well. RAW and Smackdown were at their best with the separate rosters.

I would actually push 3MB. Get them trying to copycat Shield, maybe have them start off by attacking guy lilke Santino & random jobbers. I have no idea where it would end, but I think done well it could have serious legs and help DrewMc get a bit of re-lift

For TNA:

Push: Brutus Magnus, Austin Airies, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Samoa Joe, and Matt Morgan.

Fire: Crimson, Rob Terry.

Push: Cody Rhodes. I'd bring back the 'Dashing' gimmick but as a face this tme
Turn: As above.
Fire: Zach Ryder.

Push - Cesaro, have him squash people like he did with Zach Ryder and then complain he isn't being given a big enough challenge before putting him against some bigger stars to put him over. His strength is insane but he's also technical as hell.

Turn - CM Punk, bring him back as the person we saw at Money In The Bank, the rebel with a cause...it worked because he could face off with Cena and still be face but have Cena fans dislike him.

Fire - Great Khali, need I say more?
