As always, you can use the interactive version of the table, HERE, to check any results permutations by yourself.

The Wind Down chart has also been updated, for anyone who is interested in that stuff. Wink

Wow, great work Cogen, lord knows how you do those tables but glad you do Smile

Looks like Tipsy might start sliding down the rankings if he keeps this form up.

Cheers. It's not that bad really, I wrote a script which converts my Excel spreadsheet into phpBB tags, then I just copy and paste to here. Takes me 5 seconds, once the initial workload of setting up the spreadsheet is done. Wink

...

Woah, wait, wait... Gasquet lost?! Shocked Gimeno-Traver the first man into the last 16, then. He started the week at #52, that'll probably move him up into the top 50, unless those around him (Dodig, Zemlja, etc) do well in Challengers this week. I don't follow Challengers...

Nadal's chances of sneaking into the top 4 before RG are still alive - if tight, and depending on the draw in Rome they may be entirely on his own racquet.

a. Nadal has to win at Madrid and Rome.

b. Djoko is still probably the only player who can really threaten Nadal in a big match on the clay, so Djoko's demise in Madrid means Nadal is now the strong favourite there; equally, if Djoko has woken up in time for Rome Nadal will most likely have to face him to win the title there.

c. Nadal has the chance personally to ensure that Ferrer cannot gain any points from Ferrer's QF at Madrid last year because they are drawn to meet in the QF this year.

d. Assuming that Nadal wins Madrid he'll need Ferrer to go no further than the SF at Rome. If Ferrer is in Nadal's half of the draw at Rome Nadal still has to win the tournament, but the #4 ranking is down to what Nadal can do on court. Conversely, Nadal's worst case scenario at Rome would be to have Djoko/Fed in the same half as him leaving it to Murray or someone else to take Ferrer out before the Final.

Massive week for Andujar, who was the first man to make it into the QF, thanks to Gimeno-Traver's retirement. He'll move up approximately 34 places. Can't say exactly as I'm not monitoring the Challenger results. Wink

Apparently he was on an 11-match losing streak coming into this tournament, so that is quite a turnaround.

Quite likely. I'd even say he has a very good shot at being second seed. Murray has a Wimbledon final to defend, and the Olympic title which he cannot defend. Meanwhile, Nadal will be picking up points all over the place.

Right now I'm more interested in seeing whether Nadal will snatch #4 from Ferrer before the French. It is looking more likely all the time.

no need to panic but Federer looks like he's going to need good performances at the remaining slams...

Murray moves back above Federer at world n°2 with today's result BTW.

When I said two slams coming, I meant if he bombs at RG and Wimbledon, then there is cause for concern, by USO, good tickets should be done and it wont matter..

A win here and its 4, 000 pts for the season for Nadal. judging by the current ranks, Nadal could take seven months off again and still be seeded in in the 5-8 group.

I think Murray will still be 2nd come the US Open, but there's been quite a lot of unexpected results this spring.

Table updated with all quarter finalists now in place.

Raonic drops 2 places this week now that both Nishikori and Wawrinka have reached the QF.

One thing I noticed on your table, is the gap between 8th and 9th, and then the gap between 16th and 17th. It might just be numerical fluke, but then again it might show up the advantages of being in a different seeding level at the main events.
