Clark seemed to drop a knee on Farrell after Farrell conceded the silly penalty that led to the first Saints try. The low life lucky not to get a 10 minute sit down.

Sarries not at the races and the defence doesn't look organised without Barritt. Saints look up for this. An East Midlands final would be a massive ding dong battle.

Awful from Sarries. Northampton allowed to waste time at every scrum and lineout and not to mention how long they get at stationary mauls.

Sarries trying to offload from every contact, resulting in few completed passes and many turnovers. I'm not even sure Saints are laying particularly well in attack its just that sarries dont look at all there. Great in defence mind, Saints seem impenetrable

Saints have completely dominated the collisions, breakdown especially. Very similar to Wales England. Sarries just havent been able to get their game going an Saints have taken their chances.

Apart from Hartley not been a great showing from the Lions lads.

Farell is becoming a little like Youngs to me, I have to watch them through my fingers in the hope they get better or get nowhere near a test. I really hope Farell pulls it out of the bag second half though, he needs the boost!!!

He had 30 mins the other night, and looked ok, but he is going to have to be involved on the tour, Sexton and Farell can't play EVERY game, can they?

Someone has lit a fire under the Saints arses, I haven't seen them defend like this in a long time. I'm supporting them as I really want to see an East Midlands derby in the AP final. Would be an all action game with real bite.

Saracens haven't crept out of first gear yet. The loss of Hodgson is a major loss, Barritt's huge influence is being magnified in this big game.

I assumed the plan was Sexton with Farrell on the bench for the tests. Farell with hogg at 15 midweek and hogg takes over if Farrell injured

Stevens has given away so many penalties I've lost count. Awful decision to ask him to tour.

Hartley's been very good. Mako's made a couple of big carries, but not done anything spectacular. Farrell hasn't really been able to get into the game and missed a sitter, but his pack have been dominated by Northampton.

Farrell behind a pack that is giving him a platform does a good job IMO and normally his kicking is outstanding. However he lacks the ability and I think more so the know how to work on the back foot. But I think that will come with time.
