How to play:
- Every player has 32 picks. All picks must be used in mens main draw singles matches. The points besides each fixture represent the points you score if that
player wins. If your pick is wrong you LOSE 10 points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the tournament is the winner. To play post your picks on this thread, try to number them. A valid pick must be in the format Player A def/over Player B (Winner First). By the end of the tournament all 32 picks must be used, unused picks will be counted as losses. You are allowed to post picks each day until the match starts, so please check the order of play. All picks posted after play starts are invalid and can be replaced. A pick is void if a match does not take place due to withdrawal or a change in the draw but is valid if at least one point is played (so retirements count). Each player will also be able to place “Djoker Cards” on any FOUR of their 32 picks. If your "Djoker" pick wins you earn double winnings if he loses you will not lose any points. In case of more than one player being tied on the same score, the tiebreak will be number of right picks, if still tied then by 1st highest scoring pick, 2nd highest scoring

Thanks, but there's a very good reason not to use the Djoker there.

Reason is simple; if Nish wins, he is such a long shot I win the picking game anyway. The Djoker is just flash, and in any case is probably only going to 'earn' me the 10 points of avoiding the defeat . However,by playing it on Haas I insure a loss there and get 11 extra points for Tommy if he wins. 11 extra > 10 probably lost on Nishikori.

Did you remove youzhny defs Hass before or after the match started? coz I was counting on u to lose this.

Edited it at 1:55am according to the timestamp, IC. I couldn't decide on my picks, went with Stan/Rich instead! Good pick on Haas

My Haas djoker has moved me into touching distance, though one imagines I need Robredo to lose tomorrow and I need to get 10 or so points from my last 2 picks.

Oh, and I need Stan "I don't take break points" The Man to win!

Seriously I cannot watch Fed-Tsonga match anymore, I am switching to Robredo- Ferrer match, the crowd support for Fed has been appaling, generally the French crowd support the underdog and at this point of the match Fed is the huge underdog.

Honestly tempted to put a djoker on Haas

IC - I know mate. I was pretty busy recently, so while I could occasionally post inane drivel, I didnt have the time to look at the draws and tactically make picks based on my probability vs Profitability graph. But If things go well, I might just usurp LS (which, as I have repeatedly stated, is really all I want to do).
