Thought i'd create this thread as there wasn't one already.

My prediction: One of two things will happen, Australia will hammer us or we'll win on penalties.

Corbisiero has Alexander in his pocket at the scrum. The Aussie knows his only chance is to try to win the hit and is going early every time and then trying to bind on the arm.

Jones and Corbs just work as a pair due to their particular styles and strengths.

Wahaay!!!! The Oz scrum isn't as bad as people make out...but when they're forced to scrum straight and can't use gamesmanship - they're not that good either.

That's silly from Australia. If your scrum is struggling, you clear the ball out as soon as possible. They choose to go off the back and the extra seconds allow the Lions to drive through. Great work from the Lions and idiotic from Australia. If you've been penalised in all your scrums, get it out of there!

For all of you that said. I wont be watching this match because of selection, your missing in my opinion the best game so far and with 60 minutes to go. I think the liobs selection had justification and I was right

Not saying your wrong, but we're not even 25 minutes in. Our main weapon has been our scrum and everyone was calling corbs to start

Scrum is an 8 man effort, but the strengths that Jones and Corbs have as scrummagers work well together. Also if you watch Lydiate and SOB are staying bound and giving us extra grunt on he shove.
