Anyone, got any predictions on who will be a hidden gem, this years Michu maybe

Think Aspas might be worth a punt, 2 in pre season already and will likely have guarenteed starts with Suarez suspended and Sturridge injured

I'm in. I haven't really gone for anyone new this year yet, just made sure I've made it so I have the usual big hitters in straight away. Went all year without van Persie last year which may have cost me I think so not making the same mistake.

We did do a league last year but it wasn't very big. Think I was 2nd or 3rd, can't remember. Fell away big time at the end.

Disappointed by the lack of entrants, all these football fans voicing their opinions and they can't pick a team to match their mouth!

Im not properly disappointed  maybe I meant surprised! I was waiting for Olly's team with captain RVW, Fer and Michael Turner making up the spine

Maybe Admin could do some sort of post advertising it? I know the V2 Football twitter sent out a tweet advertising it!

I would do a team, but I join up to these and by week 2 I lose interest and never look at my team again, so there's not much point

Got up to 11 now, which makes it decent. Hero has gone and won "best name" so far

That is me entered as well.

We did one last year, I won it  

I'll enter, only had a quick look so far

Also previous years we've got the admins to put it as a sticky and the numbers soon flew up

Ill do a team when transfers are more complete.

I can never be bothered with them, I normally do them, do stuff with my team for the first couple of weeks and then totally forget.

I've joined and shall hopefully stick with it for the duration.

does your love for your club affect who you pick?? id have walcott and suarez in my team, but as a spurs fan i just cant be doing with them having good seasons again

No not for me, my attitude is if my rivals (city and Liverpool mainly) are going to do well then something might as well be good for me. Had zab and suarez in most of last season

If your rivals are a big club then doubt you can be successful letting your heart rule your head. Most of my city fan mates dont put united players in, they always finish bottom of the league

As a Newcastle fan i'd never put a Sunderland player in my team because a) I hate Sunderland and b) They're all sh*te anyway.

In my first season I wouldn't have Liverpool players but I soon learnt that was a stupid idea. If a player is playing well you put them in regardless of loyalty otherwise you'll never win this competition.

If your rival is someone like Sunderland though, you can probably get away with it!

i'll have a go again, although not particularly a fan. won the league out right in normal mode last season, but finished 11th in the head to head!! not sure how that was even possible!!

My team is 100% English, so I'm happy.

Kevin Nolan appears to cost more than Jack Wilshere.  

How does that work?

When your midfield is made up of 9m Hazard, 9m Coutinho and 8m Lampard you'll be happy to take Bellamy at 5.5m.

Kevin Nolan is a better player than Wilshere. In fantasy football. As good as Wilshere is he doesn't get enough goals and assists.

I have entered this in the end, surprisingly only picked one Liverpool player, I normally overrate Liverpool players and pick quite a few.
