Montpellier 1-0 PSG HT. Always nice to see this kind of scoreline, hopefully they can hold on.

Also, £50m+ man Edinson Cavani is sitting on the bench picard

Bayern currently 2-1 up against Moechengladbach at Half-Time

Hate Blanc, especially after he stated he was still interested in Cabaye yesterday and that he hoped that Yohan would be playing at a geniune big club come September. I'm tellin' ya, i'd, i'd, i'd love it, i'd love it if Montpellier beat them tonight......love it!

I went against the grain and plumped for Dortmund to claim the Bundesliga this season, the forward line of him, Reus, Mkhitaryan and Lewandowski I reckon will blow most teams away.

Yeah but the Bayern forward line of Manduzikic, Ribery, Robben, Muller is even better, and they have a mind-blowing midfield.

Happy for Aubameyang. Very nice character too. I think the bundesliga is a better playground for him than the EPL. He's a slightly better version of Gervinho who went backwards after joining arsenal.

Falcao scored tonight for his L1 debut. Loads of attacking potential there with also the likes of james rodriguez (another colombian) ocampos and moutinho.

Harsh on Aubameyang. He's a quality finisher and has so much more composure in front of goal than 'sky it over the bar' Gervinho. His stats prove it and so does his hat-trick today.

I guess that's Falcao 1-0 Cavani. I'm actually more interested in this goal-scoring duel this season, rather than the battle for the Ligue 1 title Laugh

You look at the likes of Athletico, Valencia, Malaga, Sevilla who could all put up a decent fight to Real/Barca in recent years, and even they've had to sell their best players to stay afloat. The gap is huge

Mascherano is wasted being played out of position at Barcelona. I know his passing isn't great, but he's the best midfielder of his type in the world.

Disappointed that Barcelona haven't really gone for it in the second half. Neymar is on though, he'll be desperate for goals.

Watching Levante was embarrasing. Thought Madrid were awful last night, too many similar players offensively & Ronaldo not having a confirmed role......just a mess. Pepe & Ramos, accidents waiting to happen. Betis manager had a shocker taking of that quick striker and the impressive Verdu.

I'd expect Illarramendi & Varane to enter the side from last night. Isco & Ozil playing together is horrible, same runs, movement & ideas, Isco is the superior goal threat and should be favoured. Khedira offers nothing. Will take time for Ancelloti to sort his first XI. However, if Barcelona start like they did last season, then playing catch-up is more than likely.

It's really not, Lopez has been great for Madrid since he's been selected. Casillas shouldn't automatically get his place back because of his name.

Atletico Madrid look good, but really think they're going to miss Falcao this year. David Villa is a fantastic player, but he's not going to replace the sheer goalscoring ability they've lost from Falcao.

Game has devolved into the typical Spanish rubbish. Going down easily, hissing crowds and surrounding the referee.

Such a shame, if they got on with it both these teams play good enough football to make a real entertaining game.

Martino has just taken off Lionel Messi, who is well documented at hating to be taken off no matter how throwaway the match is, for Fabregas. He also took Messi off after about 70 minutes against Levante.

Pretty much the worst thing Martino could do at Barcelona is alienate Messi, because we all know who the club, the fans, media and players will be behind.

Utd'll have him...... It seems odd to take him off at half-time, especially if Neymar isn't the one replacing him. I don't think it's gone as far as alienation yet though, the new manager's probably saying "I'm in charge, I make the decisions" or something.
