Foreign transfers
 
The only criteria for making a foreign signing:

• The player must be valued at or below the current TP limit according to transfermarkt (TM)
  
  
  
  
• You must have the money to make the signing
  
  
  
  
• The player must not already be in the league/had been sold to lawyers in the same season
  
  
  
  

 
 
The TP limit will be initially set at 10m, before rising 1m per week. The TP week will run from 12pm Tuesday to 11.59am the following Tuesday. The minimum value of a TP is £500k, so any player below that value will cost £500k - consider it a signing on fee.
 
If any runners deems that a manager has attempted to circumvent the TP limit rules by using another manager's TP allowance, then it will be blocked. It will be discussed with the other runners and their decision will be final. If such an incident is deemed to have occured, then both managers involved will lose the equivalent of double the amount that has changed hands between them. The player will also be returned to the TP pool and be available to all managers except for the two found guilty.
 
Domestic transfers
 
For anyone that joins the league after it begins then the following rule applies for the first two weeks:
 
For any deal made with a new manager in the first two weeks, the value of the deal going TO the new manager must be equal or more than the value of the deal going FROM them
 
Note that once 2 weeks have passed then the manager is allowed to buy and sell as they please but this rule is in place to combat new managers being robbed of their star players and the team being weakened.
 
Transfers that are stacked heavily in one party's favour may be reviewed by the runners and cancelled if it is held that it is unfair for it to stand.
 
All cash must be paid up front in all deals.
 
Lawyers
Each week you will receive 2 offers for your players at TM value plus a small mark-up. The price offered will usually be the Euro equivalent value on TM. You are free to accept/reject these at your will, however they the amount is non-negotiable. We will aim to get new lawyers up on Monday afternoons, although this is subject to availibility of runners to do them on time. You will have until midday the following Monday to accept or reject. New lawyers will not go up before midday.
 
Any player that leaves in lawyers is not available to be bought back into the league until Week 1 of the following season
 
Squad Limit
The squad limit is set at a minimum of 22 players, and maximum of 30 players. Any manager who exceeds these limits will be given until the start of the next gameweek (tuesday) to rectify the situation or receive a fine.
 
Loans
Only emergency loans for GKs are allowed.
 
Releasing Players
 
You can release any player in your squad for half the CURRENT value on Transfermarkt, this needs to be done on the Releases page.
Any player that is released cannot be repurchased from releases by the same club until the following season.
 
 
Injuries
 
Injuries shall be announced every week. 4 players shall be drawn at random from each club.
Selling a player will NOT heal the injury.
 
 
Tactics
 
Each week you shall play 1 game, either league or cup, tactics for this game shall consist of a team sheet, injuries for your team and a maximum of 800 words.
As well as the tactical instructions we encourage a team talk to motivate your players, show your worth not just for tactics but how you build players up for the game!
 
Cash
 
1m per week for tactics and voting.
 
 
Tactics & Voting
 
Tactics are due by 11.59pm on the Thursday of the gameweek
Missing the deadline by a day will incur a 1 goal deduction
Not posting tactics will result an automatic loss and point deduction
 
Votes are due by 11.59pm of the following Monday
Votes must consist of a scoreline, reasoning, as well as a good and bad point about both teams.
Not voting will also incur a 1 goal deduction
 
Inability to meet the deadline due to extenuating circumstances will see the points deduction waived.
 
Results
 
Results will be calculated by dividing the total amount of goals scored (by each team) by the amount of votes received. The average is rounded down, so to score a goal, you must average on or above that goal.
An additional goal will be added for every 3 more win votes your team receives than your opponent in the event of the game being a draw. If the result is already a win for the team receiving the extra goal then the additional goal will not be added.

If a side fields an ineligible player (i.e. an injured player or one signed after the transfer cut off), then they will have one goal deducted for each ineligible player (or one goal added to the opposition if that team has no goals to deduct)
 
End of Season Prize Money
Targets will be set at the start of the season and your end of season money will depend on achieving the target.
 
End of Season Lawyers
At the end of the season, you will receive 5 lawyers offers. 2 will be for players that you select, the remaining 3 will be done randomly. You should accept/reject as with normal weekly lawyers. You must sell at least 3 of the 5 you have offers for, whether this is through the lawyers offer or a domestic deal.
 
To restrict buying purely to use in lawyers offers to boost your cash balance, the 2 players that you select yourself for lawyers offers must have been at your club for a minimum of 4 weeks.
 
Misc
 
If there is an oversight on a rule or the need for a decision to be made on the spot then the decision of the league runner is final and NOT to be argued. Any attempts to circumvent the rules and exploit loopholes will result in a fine/player loss at the discretion of the runners
