I have an ethical question before I do sheep answers.

Say I had been given two batches of biscuits for my office, and one batch (incidentally the far nicer batch) came in a plastic wrapping that meant it wasn't possible to open and store them without them going off. Would it be unethical for me to store that batch in a lunchbox I happen to have and then secretly leave them in my drawer?
