From a traveller background but is settled now and more than likely lives a far more lavish lifestyle than yourself. I'm sure he'd not swap what he's got with you.

But hey, you can tell your friends you're from a settled community and they'll hold you in higher esteem I'm sure.

I am merely pointing out that you labelled a person by his ethnic heritage and not by his birth place and nationality. There was a German fellow who used to do that also.

I don't think it was, although I wouldn't rule it out. He claimed he was a bobby in Sheffield and seemed to have a good few stories to cover it. He was quite often winding the mods up which would have appealed to Windy but I am still not convinced.

Although I was a bit upset that he was having a pop at one of my favourite ever fighters, I did have to laugh at Bob's old classic line which went something along the lines of -

"I remember the days when I had to sit through George Graham's Arsenal on a Saturday afternoon and then sit through a Whitaker fight at night. No wonder ecstasy took off in late eighties."

I could do with Bob back for selfish reasons, mind you, as he was the only poster in v2's history so far who spent more time talking up Toney than I have.

Sites have both Romanies and Irish travellers but they adhere to very different lifestyles, just because they live there doesn't mean they get involved. Billy Joe himself is very vocal about his strong dislike for the shows.
