Arnie was apparently a dbol/primo/deca man. Allegedly he introduced primo to the American scene when he arrived from Germany.

Primo is thick stuff..............Kind of stuff you have to inject thre times a week and it's mild......

Never bothered with that.....

Plenty of test...........though...

What Arnie says he took and he took though are two different things..

Don't think Arnold was a big fan of Test. Probably dosed reasonably low just to mantain good libido.
Obviously grams upon grams of Deca + Primo which were very popular back then.
3 D-bol tablets a day? Possibly, but only if each tablet was 50-100mg in size
Winstrol and Anavar I'm sure would also have been used, especially during the build up to competition.

Let's not also forget that all the anabolics at the time were top quality pharmacy grade, not the underdosed UGL's that many use now.

GH and Insulin came later, as did many diuretics and some anabolics.
