6 for me, though I should have an extra one but for my rubbish spelling.

Out of interest, when the ref announces "That penalty is declined" who actually declines it? Is it a player on the field, the coach?

I think one of the refs lets the coach know before the head ref announces it.

11/20 - I couldn't get the wording right on the last one for it to accept, else it would have been 12. After watching/playing/coaching for nearly 30 years I should have got more!

Re penalty decisions, IIRC the HC or the on field captain can make the call, in discussion with the officials. If you note, they often approach the captain after the call, before its announced, and they in turn often check with the HC. Same for TO's I believe.
