Questions for Don Charles. Empty Questions for Don Charles.

Post by hampo17 Sat 23 Nov 2013, 5:00 pm

We are relaunching the V2 Boxing Podcast this Wednesday, and as our first guest in our comeback we have Don Charles.

If you have any questions for him post them here and we'll do our best to ask them.

Also if you want to come on the show and ask the team any questions email paulh@v2journal.com and we'll hopefully fit you in.

You have a boxing background, but what made you become a trainer?
When did you first meet del, and what has he been like to work with?
Del has made obviously improvements what's next? Did you think the vitali fight came too early, or agree that it showed del was world level?
Who would you like next? What do you think of wilder? Is he more than just another protected American?
Outside of heavyweight do you have interest/prospects in other weight classes?
What do you think of the fury haye fiasco?
Whats do you think of a heavyweight scene without a kbro? Would you fancy del v arreola? Cause that would seem like a fun.

Hampo - good to see the podcast back.

It is inevitable that as a boxer someones mental capacity will be reduced over time.  So are there any activities you advise your fighters to complete early in their careers before their IQ is lowered to a level where they will be unable to comprehend more advanced concepts?

I'll let Owen or Chris ask him that I think.

Where did your initial interest from boxing come from?

Who's your best friend in boxing?

If you could change just one thing in the fight scene what would it be?

Do you sometimes take on pantomine like roles to sell fights or are you 100% yourselves.

If you could make a fantasy fight from any part of history what would it be and how do you see it going?

Cheers paul for bringing it back I've really missed the podcasts.
