Who would you play at centre next to Jonathan Davies if both of these were fit

I'd play Scott Williams personally. He is quicker, smarter and has better ball handling along with footballing skills in my opinion

Either 3 next to North at 13. He was everywhere and executing extremely well. Just what we need from our backs. Walker, Williams or Amos can come in on the wing.

North is an option at centre, but there isn't a decent winger to take his place. Roberts and Davies seem to have an established partnership right now, and Roberts is a big part of Gatlands game plan.

I think Williams had a decent game yesterday aside form missing luton the obvious pop to George which i think would have been a try.

I think the solution to depth in the centre and wing is to play George at 13 if the games are won which will give us th opportunity to rest JD2 and blood new wingers. Frankly i think he is great option at 13 anyway but JD2 will always be picked there if fit. North is such a dynamic runner and has huge power and pace, devastating if he takes the ball at full tilt.

It's just great to have options that we can use.

This autumn we have given Scott Williams a great opportunity and he hasn't let us down. We know what Roberts and Davies can do.

We also had a good look at Cory Allen and Owen Williams. Though they lack experience at this level they showed many positives.

Agreed.

Cory Allen & George North would be my centre pairing.

North would / could go back onto the wing when JD2 was fit.

you can't leave jd2 out . what about Roberts on the wing . 2008 six nations against Scotland a young Jamie Roberts played on the wing when Jones was dropped after the England game

Scott and Foxy is my preferred partnership, however I would expect to see the Jaw and Foxy. And also I would be happy with Allen and Ow Williams against Italy. Any combination of Roberts, Foxy, Scott, Allen, and Owen would be acceptable.

What's the fuss with Scott Williams? I thought he was very average.

Roberts is wasted on the wing and we have better finishers to play there.

This is all a question of tactics, and can't simply be broken down into a Roberts or Williams question.

If you want to play Gatlandball, and batter teams into submission Roberts must start. He generates a lot of front foot ball and his crash ball carrying tenderizes defences so that the likes of Cuthbert, JD and North can cut through the tired and bruised opposition.

If you want to play rugby where you run at gaps instead of People pick Williams, with Hook at 10 and someone other than Phillips at 9. In addition bring Halfpenny into the line more to draw defenders before turning North Loose.

Roberts and Davies are a proven combo at the highest level and they work well within the game plan Gatland wants and if one not fit then Williams more than capable of stepping in, its when both is out we have struggled.

Hook at 10 noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo how many more chances does one player get
