Brandon Rios fails post fight drug test

So.....Rios hires the guy who worked with Pacquiao and Khan during both fighters' purple patches and fails his post fight drug test (stimulant used to help weight loss).

So THAT'S why no-one wants to work with VADA (buggers keep catching people -- the nerve).

Another kick in the teeth for the sport. Have you got the link to the report has?

Now Pacquiao will realise why Mayweather was so insistent on stringent testing. Berto, Morales, Peterson and now Rios have all failed tests recently.

My initial reaction is boxing not helping itself again but, truth be known, its quite the opposite. We'd be mugs to think drugs don't exist, the more get caught the better. Stamp it out.

if it was a post fight test, why are we high-fiving VADA, as post-fight tests are almost always mandatory.

Because vada caught another cheat. It seems they are the guys you want in charge of testing.
Fatty rios taking sliming pills fits the bill too. It certainly doesn't reflect well on ariza.

These VADA tests seem to be good........pity Floyd and Ward won't take them.

State commission tests are easy to beat by all accounts. VADA provide the most stringent testing (and the stimulant was obviously used at the death.

Also this is why 36 hour weigh ins are a joke. Rios, I think, was a lightweight fighter not so long ago. Now hes been caught taking stuff to try and make welterweight. Some of these guys are joke loading up with all sorts of chemicals to fight in divisions way below what they should be in. Chavez is another. Its completely unnatural and unnecessary. Bring back same day weigh ins and expose these clowns.

Not really a shock as Rios just seems to be a fat oaf who thinks he is owed something from the boxing public.

Funny seeing Ariza linked to all this....after ONE training camp with Rios haha. Makes you wonder what Robert Garcia knew about this.
