Bathite - you're a little legend! Hug

I'll get my predictions in by lunch. For MOTM I usually allocate 3 points to a 1st place, 2 points for 2nd and 1 point for 3rd.. if that makes sense?

I've updated the statistics also.

well i had only thought about DOC for the combo with POC - i am willing to move POC on but it would need a very good offer - was going to be talking to pull about a deal as he's after him as well . . .

if you are interested in him you may want to try a deal now to see whats what before going for DOC

Its going to have to be big in return for POC
for me strettle & halpenny not much difference and Thion & jones not on par with POC

good start though

think he may cost you a top back really.

Nallet, Thion, AWJ is tops for second row mate. I wasn't looking to lose Russouw or Thorn - wanted AWJ for backup.

Any scope for a Russouw/Nallet deal?

mooj only injured for the next round and he's going to be so much higher rated that stevens on here.

I wold do mooo for stevens + cash but that would be it.

am afraid franks probably not going anywhere, even for stevens and £20 million!! at the moment Driver was close you could tag Kahui on that and I am not going to take it even though it would be a monster deal!!

sorry bro

£20mil stevens + Kahui
------------------------------
no i meant you could offer that and I wouldn't bite at the moment.
Driver was something like JDP, £18 and some other stuff, but had dowson going the other way as well or something like that.

as for Bekker for DOC
bekker > Doc IMO so wouldn't do that and do cash as well lol

I would consider DOC in a deal I suppose, as I do have POC - welcome to come back with something else?

Mujati - DOC in some deal of sorts maybe?

Morning Bathite.

Saw your message im no longer part of the game as you know, but I will stick around to join in convo's and stuff.

I think O'Callaghan is your best bet for a foreign lock, I really like Boric and im loving Hargreaves this season but O'Callaghan is definitely your best bet.

For prop I have just come on to read through comments and bear might be right to some extent Afoa is very good, we all know that, then I think your best buys from there on overall quality or form wise would be Slipper and Tialata. From there maybe look at the experience duo of Somerville and Van der Linde, people said Somerville wasn't that good but going by predictions when I brought him last season it seemed some of them did also a good thing about them is they can play both sides of the scrum. But looking at the comments on the homepage I think it would be best trying to get a tighthead off of someone in this game, who is just a bit better than Kubriashvilli. Try get Cole back off Sam or Adam Jones off Steven, Castro could work as sadly to say he hasn't had the best of season's but would still be rated.

Hope that helps mate.

JDO not rated - slightly odd. He is a good player and he would only have been a sub.

anyway by the by . . . still don't know what to do with my team. Need a decent set of backs i suppose! Smile

yeah I thought about CJ

But I have 4 props and 3 hookers now Smile
advantage of Aled Malmanche as a decent back up player Smile

yeah shaem basts isn't rated, hes top draw imo

and I can t play banahan there unilt he's had his briliant world cup Smile leaves me a bit cold as hensonis also world class but not rated until he does something special again!! lets see this weekend Smile

cool see you got Boric in - good deal that, gives you 3 decent locks and 1 ok back up in AWJ.

I am thinking about going for DOC but after all teh talk am not sure, I think I would be ok as having POC people seem to like that combo. But I am in agreement it's strange people don't rate him higher? So boric was teh right choice I think for you.

yeah having AWJ as 4th choice is no mean thing! I know people don't rate him massively but as 4th choice for you its good.
I like Nallet as well and for me one of the top combo's is Nallet and Thion.

as for prop don't think I need another
Franks, Tonga, Moooooooooji, and Malmanche think thats enough for now. I do however desperately need some centers and possibly another winger but don't know how I am going to get them. am stuck really! I took over a mishmash side really!

as for locks I do want to get a decent 3rd choice or DOC as day just doesn't cut the mustard!

It's why i considered drivers offer, ok I loose Franks but I get JDP who would become 3rd choice with tonga & mooj first team and on top of that £18 mil which chould help me get DOC or a possible center?

what do youthink?

yeah I have great strength there . . .
well for someone of Hores calibre I would be looking for a top player in return, you don't have to do a 2 or 3 player offer I would consider

Hore
for
A Back/centre/winger

although my suggestion for you if your after a good hooker would be to sell 1 or 2 lesser players like Dixon and spend the cash on Lee Mears, I was going to but him he's only £12 in releases - I may still buy him Smile

I would not be happy with losing Woodcock, my dream of a New Zealand team isn't going to work so im going to forget all about that.

Not keen on Steenkamp, will look for a New Zealand front three see if I can maybe clinch a signing of Afoa or Tialata. Looking to get a better lock in though so let's try something along these lines?

Boric & Kahui & Maitland
4
Williams & Evans & Poitrenaud

Thanks

Kahui ain't that good and Poitrenaud and Maitland, Maitland has only come to form for one season while Poitrenaud has been around for years.

I just need to improve at lock or centre.

If you can see anything for Boric or Kahui let me know.

I also have Deacon if you prefer him?

Thion and Wyn Jones no thanks.

Im thinking Boric 4 Jack as there wasn't much between them in ratings, but Williams also creeped into some top 25's. I need a better lock or Kahui with some or one gain going your way.

Can you think?

Only can see Boric as an improvement really. Jack is on form, Williams I have to say played a blinder yesterday his line out takes were first class and Deacon has had an excellent season with Tigers.

Still interested in Maitland aswell and Kahui, but Woodcock is not for sale im afraid looking to get an All Black front three.

Boric & Kahui & Barritt
4
Deacon & Lambie & Evans

ummm?
