My preds for tomorrows show:

Match 1
Hobo/Bam Sparklington vs Jax Cutler/DeMarcus Brown

Cant look past Cutler & Brown in this one, I think Jax will remain undefeated for quite some time and will win the ladder match at NoG

Match 2
Daniel Reilly/Alexander Altair vs Jimmy Phillips/Blade

Authority win here, I can see the Authority dominating in every match to build them up before NoG where the wheels will finally come off

Match 3
Vincent Costello vs Nicky Cassidy
On commentary: Chaos

Hummm, which one of my children do I love the most? Costello (obviously)! Chaos, Shaw and Wood should all play some part though.

Jackson Black vs Robin Reborn

Has to be Black, rarley do debuts or returns end in defeat

Liam Wood vs Joshua

Tough one, I think Wood will get the W just but Joshua will be very impressive and will prob end the exchange standing tall, causing pain and suffering seems to be more important to him than wins

Jack Hurst vs Jerome Dubois

Not sure, lets go for a no contest

Ojore vs Lucas Takeo

Exactly right. Winning lots of battles is no good if ultimately you don't win the war. Although, Joshua just wants to have as many battles as possible, which in turn (whatever the result) means he has already won the war.

You will never see him complain about losing or bigging up his chances of winning. Any match to him is just a situation where he can cause as much suffering as possible, not only to his opponent but also to himself.

I'll send it over tonight mate, had planned on writing it over the weekend and then seen the sunshine

There is the Costello factor as well. Those two had a war of words this week and Wood barely mentioned Joshua. So I think he could make an example of him to prove that Costello isn't the only guy that can cause huge amounts of pain.

I think Costello will cost Wood the match and I would love it if Joshua made an example of them both and laid them out. Enhance the monsters ball match if that happened to two respected and "on a roll" wrestlers

Yeah that would be a great spot, Costello costs wood the match the two start to argue only for Joshua to interupt the bickering and take them both out.

And in regards to the Cassidy campness discussion that was happening on the other thread... I would def agree with the Zack Ryder comparison, however I don’t really see him as camp though tbh. He's someone that will do anything for a laugh, loves pranks and doesn’t take himself to seriously at all, he will find the fun in any situation.

With Shaw as he was never my character he won’t ever be the focal point of the duo more of a robin to Cassidy’s batman, he's like the little angle that sits of Cassidy’s shoulder telling him to behave and not to get them into trouble, more straight laced and more serious but will almost always be persuaded to do what Cassidy wants him to do.

Bascially Cassidy is like that friend you have who is a complete kn*& the one that always causes trouble but you love him becuase he's your friend... That sums up their team dynamic!

I think he is still an unknown and there is lots to explore. So a statement like that, which makes others go woah, would be great

That's the challenge for us, making sure people see we aren't pushing there characters out of the way. JJ and I really want every feud to have prominence. It's really important to us that people see that from match one to the Main Event we put the same level of planning in, we really leave no stone unturned when considering options

Yeah maybe your right, but I want make sure it's beyond the Al Snow/Head stage

I'm trying to get my head around which wrestlers have had interactions with which wrestlers. Obviously we got a few returning veterans and such, but I don't know if they were all of the same era.

I would make the assumption that because they are in the same business during the same time that they will at least know of one another even if they haven't been part of the same company

It's like Undertaker and Sting - Never in the same fed but they sure as he'll know about the other man and any coming together would be epic

There are a few efed examples but I wouldn't want to inflate egos by mentioning them in the same breath as the phenom and the icon

GazzyD, Jackson Black, Jerome Dubois, Daniel Reilly and Blade were all members of my roster in 6CW back in 2011-2012 so they would all know each other very well.

Enforcer and Hobo's days stem way back to 2008 and Max Adamson was in 6WF at the same time so they would all be very familiar with one another. Chaos also wrestled with all of them so would have interacted in the past. In fact I think the nine guys I mentioned so far will have come across each other at some points during the 6CW/6WF merger.

As Paul says, I think certain names would be known to everyone and reputations will have spread about different superstars so there wouldn't be many "unknown" quantities as such...except for those who have never wrestled before joining 6CW.

I think the majority of others name on the roster have only began their careers since joining either 6CW or EWF so their interactions with the older guard would be first time occurrences.

It would be an interesting QOTD - Who are your top 5 efed characters?

Most of us have been involved in the same Feds and so would have similar points of reference

Some of us have our own personal top 5

Can I pick Ronster for all 5 spots?

Ronster is definitely up there in the most different category and Marky you could probably do a top 10

It's like the argument over who is the biggest ever name in professional wrestling - Hogan, Flair etc - In our efed world who is the Hogan?

My top 5 Efed Characters of all time would be:

1: Cassius Zhi
2: Keith Leone
3: The Saint
4: Lex Hart
5: Max Adamson or Enforcer (Max would have won this but Enforcer's time in 6CW has made me appreciate the character even more)

I fully expect the list to change in the coming months/years in 6CW as there are many characters right now who are growing on me. In fact the list could change at any point as I have been lucky to see so many great characters and it is really difficult to pick the stand-outs. I just went for the two who influenced my career as a promoer (Saint and Cassius), the two involved in my biggest storyline as a booker (Leone and Lex) and Enforcer and Max because they have evolved with the "business" and that is very difficult to do with the same character.

One day my aim is to be in one of these lists with Liam Wood.

My list would be based on people who have had the most influence/impact on my efed career and is in no particular order as I rate them each equally

JJ Johnson
Hero
Dicey Riley
Perfect Jack
Cassius Zhi

All have either been involved in stories with Lex that I enjoyed the most or have been characters I have aspired to be like, I would also give honourable mentions to Saint,Nigel Napalm, Max Adamson and of course Dubs

And Viper don't worry you are definitely on the right path

For me, its Hero. JJ Johnson second on the technicality that he never had a main event heel run, which could have developed the character even further. Considering JJJ is so much like The Rock, Rock had that ability to switch seamlessly between heel and face and I would have liked to see JJ in that role.

Hero (the character I must add) did so much, classic heel, heroic face, comedy tweener, done it all and won a lot too. If anyone in e-fedding is the Hogan-esque big name, its probably Hero.

It was from reading promos of Hero that I decided to give efedding a go, Lex's early promo style was definitely an effort to be like Hero -

I would certainly have JJ Johnson and Cassius in my top 5 but the other 3 I am undecided on. Like Paul, I am thinking of those that had an impact, even inadvertently, in my efed career.

For that reason, I could well go for Uryu Ishida. He introduced me to efedding and got me to join in. I also had a really good feud with him that shaped Vortex as a character and got me noticed.

I suppose it's all about who helped shaped my career more than the best of the best for me.

I don't really have a top 5...my first ever experience was EWF and it seemed like a new start for everyone with new characters at first.

Vortex shows that even with a terrible gimmick an efed career can be forged

Yet no-one wants Nacho Man Randy Savage or the Pun-dertaker

I've never vetoed either of them - Unless they are midgets and then it's a no - To be fair I've been in a fed with a character called Rock v2 so a creative mind is not essential

Nemesis
Mike Hill

If I was to name honourable mentions I'd be here all night, but they're the five I had the most to do with - I still maintain that The Saint made JJ Johnson!*

(* - I don't really, but The Coalition led to some blinding promo's where The Saint and JJ went out on the pull and ended up with Carmen Electra possibly!!   )

Jesus, I just went on the 6WF website. I'd forgotten about them, theres people on there I'd forgotten existed. Nay bother isnt around on here much now. Didn't even know Mat was into this stuff! Not surprised by Tooze.

Good to see Marky has really reached into the depths of his brain to come up with some varied and creative lead characters in each fed.

Bull and Electric Demon too?! Christ. Waiting away till they hit the "graveyard" down here (hi guys   )

To be fair, I didn't think efedding was as serious as I soon learnt. Hence why that gimmick came and went very quickly!

Suicidal Vortex has been the best gimmick I have done. Not a few people's cup of tea, like a lot of what I do, but it was new, different and was some of my best promo work.

Sent the Joshua v Liam Wood match over Paul/JJ, sorry its last minute and I want to reassure Twist and Viper that I have put as much attention and care into this as if I had done it straight away
