At the end of the day we didn't take our chances...defended poorly and made to many mistakes. Got the equaliser and then after a couple of minutes of keeping up the tempo just dropped off!

Rooney's played ok tonight, compared to the rest.

And people mocked me when I said that Uruguay should not be under estimated... England would have been dome in the third game anyways.

Promising future for this young squad but just a tournament too early.
