The biggest pull in football?

It's a question that's come about from the transfer thread in regards to Man Utd and if the loss of Champions League football has affected their ability to attract World Class players this transfer window in comparision to other clubs and if they even go for what are deemed 'marquee' signings.

Spot on with the exception Id swap Man City and Man Utd. The reason...even without CL Man U are just a massive club unlike City who are just a small club with lots of money (at the moment). Van Gaal in there just adds to it, and they know they'll be playing CL next season again.
