Marvel Or DC?

Nice and simple. Of the 2 major superhero comic book franchises, which do you prefer? For me it is Marvel. They have Hulk, Wolverine and Spiderman which are probably my top 3 superheroes. DC has Batman who I like but not much after that. To the polls!

Marvel all the way, I have collected comics for a long time from both DC and Marvel, and still do.

But Marvel has the better all round quality in my opinion, which is odd as the writers tend to switch around all the time.

For people who collect comics on here, where do you get them? Local store or online? My lad is just getting in to the Avengers cartoons on Sky so I want to have a good collection ready for him when he gets a bit older.

For new comics I tend to have a pull list at my local comic store, because a) means I dont miss any & b) I always try and support my local businesses.

For older comics/deals/filling in past gaps, online all the way

I collect more Marvel titles always have but I'm a huge Aquaman fan so it was great to have 2 titles under his name to collect while it lasted

I assume you are not happy with the dark haired Aquaman in the Batman Superman film Dicey?

I had my reservations when he was announced to play him but I thought the pic they released looked great and a bit of a throw back to the bearded, broody, harpoon handed Aquaman that was my favourite incarnation. The way I see it is Aquaman is getting some movie time and any real fan should be ecstatic as he gets so much sh1t

Fair one, though the blonde hair has always been seminal to his character. Still at least they didnt do the hook hand

Yeah as is the orange and green suit but in the gritty world they are making in the DCU he wouldn't fit in but as I said he is getting a cameo in BvS, he'll be in JL 1&2 and he is getting a solo film so I can look past a bit of artistic license
